OUR VISION of IDEAL CANDIDATE:
We view this role as a “destination position”: ideal for someone ready to invest 10 to 15 years until retirement with us. Or maybe a Regional Director with proven success who is looking to transition to one campus – weary of ownership changes and/or extensive travel. Candidate must be an experienced GM with strong performance record in a large campus setting of IL and AL.

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:
Leadership experience in a large independent living (IL) community – minimum 5 years
Progressive experience in senior living leading to Executive Director, General Manager or Administrator
BS degree in related field preferred
Ability to thrive in a decentralized culture with support from home office
Proven track record of building census and maximizing revenue
Strong financial skills
Customer service & hospitality focus
Resident-centered
Works as a team with department managers to achieve community goals (relationship-building)
