About the Role
As General Manager, you will serve as the operational leader of the business.
You'll oversee daily operations while driving guest satisfaction, team performance, profitability, and operational consistency. While food is an important part of the guest experience, this is a beverage-driven business where bar operations, hospitality, and execution are critical to success.
This role requires a strong floor presence, effective communication, sound financial judgment, and the ability to lead confidently during busy service periods.

- Drive guest experience, beverage sales, and profitability
- Hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members
- Manage scheduling, labor, payroll, and staffing levels
- Review sales performance, operating costs, and P&L results
- Monitor labor, food, beverage, and liquor costs
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and beverage ordering
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and maintain clear team communication
- Partner with culinary leadership on daily execution
- Manage POS, reservations, private events, and special programming
- Resolve guest concerns and lead service recovery efforts
- Maintain food safety, liquor law, and operational compliance

Qualifications
- 2+ years of General Manager or hospitality leadership experience
- Experience leading busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality operations
- Strong bar and beverage management experience preferred
- Experience managing teams of 20+ employees
- Strong understanding of restaurant P&Ls and financial controls
- Experience with scheduling, payroll, labor management, and cost control
- Beverage inventory and liquor cost-control experience
- Proven success developing and retaining teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Food safety knowledge
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
