Job Title: General Manager – Fine Dining Steakhouse

We seek an experienced and highly driven General Manager to lead a high-volume, upscale steakhouse in the heart of New York City. The ideal candidate brings a passion for hospitality, sharp financial acumen, and a proven track record of leadership in fine dining environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of a high-volume fine dining steakhouse
- Lead and develop a large front-of-house team with strong leadership and clear communication
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through consistent service, attention to detail, and staff training
- Drive sales and manage financials with a strong understanding of cost control, labor management, and P&L reporting
- Uphold brand standards, ambiance, and professionalism at all times
- Coordinate with culinary leadership and beverage managers to maintain high product standards
- Travel as needed for corporate meetings, training, or new location support
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume fine dining setting
- Proven ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Above-average financial literacy and experience managing budgets and reporting
- New restaurant openings highly desirable
- Polished, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Solid wine knowledge: formal wine training or certification is a plus
- Flexible to travel as needed for company training or operational support
