Key Responsibilities:
\- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellence in service and guest satisfaction
\- Curate and manage an extensive wine cellar, including procurement, inventory, and storage
\- Lead staff training on wine knowledge, service standards, and hospitality best practices
\- Provide personalized wine recommendations and tableside service to enhance the guest experience
\- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop wine pairings and seasonal menus
\- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate wine purchases
\- Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
\- Represent the property with professionalism and grace in all guest and community interactions
Qualifications:
\- Sommelier certification
\- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
