    Here is a bit more information about a day in the life

    • Drive top-line sales by delivering hospitality excellence and leadership.
    • High-level management of Profit & Loss
    • Ensure proper staffing through accurate sales forecasting.
    • Maintain a safe and pristine restaurant.
    • Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure staff are properly trained on the culinary program.
    • Manage the Bar Program to ensure craft cocktails, beer, and spirit offerings are on point with trends.
    • Perform ongoing training and development for team members.

    Experience must-haves:

    • Current Restaurant General Manager with experience leading a high-volume restaurant with a scratch kitchen.
    • Excellent industry tenure and references
    • Proven ability to manage a profitable P&L
    • A clear understanding of safety and sanitation protocols.
    • Professional and kind personality
    • Strong knowledge and passion for wine, Sommelier certification a plus.
    • Natural ability to lead a professional team.
    • Hands-on with the “want” to be on the floor during service times.
