Kaat’s Culligan is seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead our Grand Rapids, Michigan operation. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience while developing a high-performing team.

Position Overview

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the local business, including sales, service, operations, finance, and team leadership. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, service, delivery, and administration

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and increase market share

Develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing leadership and team

Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention

Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance against goals

Implement company strategies, policies, and operational best practices

Monitor KPIs and use data to make informed business decisions

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards

Build strong relationships within the local community and business partners

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred)

5+ years of senior management or general management experience

Proven P&L ownership and financial acumen

Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills

Experience in service-based, route-based, or consumer products businesses preferred

Ability to drive change, solve problems, and execute strategically

Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
