Senior Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction project managers working on projects valued at $10M and above. This leadership role requires deep experience managing teams, controlling budgets, maintaining safety standards, and utilizing project tools. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and brings strategic insight to every stage of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of major commercial electrical construction projects
Oversee financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across all active projects
Manage project teams, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure timelines and safety standards are met
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on resources, procurement, and operational objectives
Track and report on project performance using Primavera, Timberline, and internal reporting tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
15+ years of progressive experience in electrical commercial construction project management
Proven experience managing projects over $10M in scope
Strong background in financial management, including budgeting and job costing
Proficient in Primavera P6, Timberline, and other industry-standard software
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and enforce project safety and quality
Excellent communication, scheduling, and client-facing skills
