About the Role: Wienerschnitzel is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our team in Odessa, TX. Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of daily business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability

Lead, coach, and develop a team of employees to meet performance goals

Monitor and manage budgets, financial reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues promptly

Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Drive sales strategies and identify opportunities for revenue growth

Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role

Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence

Proficiency in business operations software and reporting tools

50 to 52 hours weekly
