General Manager with a IHG Limited-Service Hotel | High-Growth Market

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead one of our IHG limited-service hotels in a rapidly expanding, high-demand market. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality leader who thrives on building strong teams, delivering memorable guest experiences, and maximizing hotel performance.

Your Day-to-Day

Lead overall hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services

Drive guest satisfaction scores, brand compliance, and service excellence

Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing team culture

Manage labor, forecasting and performance

Maximize revenue through strong rate strategy, cost control, and local market awareness

Ensure compliance with all IHG brand standards, safety, and regulatory requirements

Act as the hotel’s ambassador in the community and local market

What We’re Looking For

Proven General Manager or senior hotel leadership experience (limited-service preferred)

Strong knowledge of IHG systems, including Opera, Merlin, N2 pricing, brand standards, and brand culture (preferred)

A hands-on, visible leader who leads by example

Passion for guest service and team development

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing market
