🔥 What You’ll Do:

Lead daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.

Uphold and elevate our high standards of service, ambiance, and cuisine.

Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier front-of-house and back-of-house team.

Collaborate with the executive chef and Director of Operations to drive innovation and consistency.

Manage budgets, labor, and inventory to ensure profitability without compromising quality.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant management.

Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, guest-first approach.

Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and steakhouse cuisine.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
