We’re looking for a driven and resourceful General Manager to lead business operations, optimize team performance, and execute the company vision. The General Manager is also responsible for the hiring and training of all hotel staff. As a leader, we’re looking for a self-starter and understand the position requires 24-hour availability Responsibilities: • Manage budgets, maximize revenue, and maintain financial and statistical records. • Conduct daily check-ins with department heads to align on priorities and maintain operations. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. • Perform administrative duties, such as payroll, bank deposits, and completing operational checklists. • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise hotel staff to create a high-performing, guest-focused team. • Partner with leadership on planning, reporting, and long-term vision • Create and sustain a strong culture of customer service and operational excellence • Lead and manage daily operations across departments to ensure a seamless workflow Qualifications: • Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required • Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively. • Well-versed in using dashboards, KPIs, and workflow systems to manage day-to-day operations • Brings a proactive mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing complexity • Preferred: Holds a degree in Business, Management, or a related field • A strong grasp of budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting • Mandatory Choice Brand Specific knowledge- minimum years • Mandatory 3-year Extended Stay Hotel Management Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000
