    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    FASTSIGNS of Fullerton & Brea is seeking a well-rounded General Manager who embodies our core values - Do The Right Thing, Excellence in the Ordinary, Focus on the Outcome, Get it Done, Make Something Better, Play for Each Other.

    The ideal team member for this role has proven expertise in production, project management, design, sales, client relations, and team member management. This team member will report directly to our COO and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of running these locations and leading the team within. The General Manager needs to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while being able to take direction and make decisions accordingly. You are never alone on this team, we celebrate wins and take the opportunity to learn from our losses! Each day we make one another better!

    The General Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day operations and performance of the company. This role involves strategic focus to enhance company growth, profitability, and team member satisfaction. The General Manager will lead all team members including department managers in accordance to guidance established from C suite and ownership. This position plays an intricate role in setting the tone for continued success in serving our clients and community.

    The working environment is an open concept collaborative space with state of the art equipment. There will be noise, conversations, and fun throughout the day!

    Qualifications for a Successful General Manager:

    Have a BA in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

    Advanced Degree is preferred

    Expert business knowledge

    Finance

    Purchasing

    Human Resources

    Project Management

    Experience leading teams/organizations

    Creative individual who is highly motivated to share their passion and skills

    Detail oriented, with a focus on quality work in a timely manner

    Ability to handle stress and deadlines efficiently and confidently

    Able to implement constructive feedback

    Able to provide constructive feedback

    Able to maintain the scope of work across a variety of business areas

    Set the day-to-day tone for the office and team
