History:
Chef Francesco was born in Palermo, Sicily in 1976. His passion for great Italian food began at a young age watching his father, a pastry chef, cook at home. His love for cooking grew after attending Instituto Alberghiero, an Italian culinary school in Palermo in 1996 and 1998. While there he focused on preparing seafood, fish and risotto specialties.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
Maintain high customer service standards and guest satisfaction
Hire, train, and schedule staff
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of restaurant management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for food, service, and creating a great dining experience
