Overseas the day-to-day operations of running a Hotel including hiring/termination of employees, and payroll using ADP. Directing all Hotel personnel, front desk operations, and housekeeping including maintenance staff. Knowledge of credit card processing, chargebacks, RFIP's , group bookings and reservations, and breakfast ordering including supplies for the property. Day-to-day tasks of maintaining good customer relations and responding to guest's inquiries and complaints. Providing reports using QuickBooks and Microsoft Word. Additional responsibilities as needed for the smooth operation of the Hotel.
