    Job Overview

    Automotive and flat glass shop in Southwest Idaho is seeking a confident, results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and lead a high-performing team. This role requires a leader who takes initiative and brings strong strategic insights, operational acumen, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team development.

    Responsibilities

    Run the day-to-day operations—sales, service, scheduling, marketing, and customer care

    Take charge of hiring, training, and developing a strong team

    Build systems and processes that scale with growth

    Set clear goals and hold the team accountable for results

    Be involved with developing key sales relationships to help the team hit revenue targets

    Keep the business financially healthy by applying basic budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting

    Oversee job bids and quotes, ensuring accuracy and profitability

    Lead by example—be the person everyone wants to follow

    Maintain high standards of service and professionalism

    Make sure the shop and job sites stay compliant and safe

    What We're Looking For

    5+ years of experience in leadership or operations (glass, trades, or service industry strongly preferred)

    Strong leadership presence—you know how to motivate and manage people

    Enjoys being active in the sales process

    Comfortable making decisions and owning the results

    Skilled communicator—whether you're talking to crew, customers, or ownership

    Financially savvy—able to read a P&L, manage a budget, and drive profitability

    Skilled with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and operating software

    Calm under pressure—you don’t rattle when things get hectic

    Must be trustworthy, dependable, and mission-driven
