What You’ll Do
Leadership & Management
Oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming gym.
Manage and optimize operational budgets, staffing, and payroll.
Hire, train, mentor, and schedule a high-performing team.
Drive performance through motivation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Sales & Customer Experience
Lead the gym’s sales strategy, ensuring systems and outreach programs are effectively executed.
Deliver and coach top-tier customer service in a high-volume environment.
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Organize and promote monthly in-gym events in collaboration with corporate marketing.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience, ideally in fitness, retail, or hospitality
Proven leadership in team development, daily operations, and budget oversight
A sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs and executing promotional strategies
Genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and empowering others to reach their goals
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with strong interpersonal presence
Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to high standards
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
