Looking for a General Manager for a new sports lounge on the square in downtown Murfreesboro! This will be a very demanding but fun job. Looking for someone with years of bartender and management experience, and who enjoys the challenge of getting a new business going. Responsibilities: This role is responsible for managing daily operations at Happy's Sports Lounge. This role will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training, and managing all bar and kitchen staff including scheduling, monitoring daily cash, revenue, inventory, and orders. Additionally, this role will manage sales, food, liquor, beverage, and labor costs and will maintain compliance with regulations and mandates involving the service of alcohol and food preparation and safety. Qualifications: • Looking for someone with a minimum of three years of restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience • Qualified applicants must have a high school degree or equivalent • Must have a working knowledge of the current point-of-sale system, Toast, or a similar point-of-sale program • Work experience must include management or team lead responsibilities • Kitchen Operations experience to ensure quality and daily execution is needed • Being flexible, adaptable, and responsive to change is required • Strong customer service experience, interpersonal, and communication skills are required • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are needed • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment essential Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
