We’re searching for an experienced, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead a high-performing team at our upscale, full-service restaurant in Downtown Nashville. Our concept features a refined American, all-scratch menu, elevated service, and a warm, energetic atmosphere enhanced by live music that complements the dining experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations with a focus on exceptional guest service and smooth execution.
• Partner closely with the Executive Chef to uphold our culinary standards and maintain impeccable food quality.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a hospitality-minded FOH team that delivers consistent, elevated service.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, financial performance, and operational systems.
• Ensure a polished, welcoming environment that reflects our brand and appeals to both locals and visitors.
• Collaborate on marketing, local partnerships, and programming that support revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of General Manager (or AGM ready to step up) experience in upscale or fine-casual dining.
• Proven success in high-volume, full-service operations.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent financial acumen, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• A guest-first mindset with attention to detail, approachability, and professionalism.
• Experience in music-driven or entertainment-adjacent venues is a plus – but this is not a club environment.
