    An industry-leading landscape services company seeks a strategic General Manager to lead operations during its next phase of aggressive growth. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to optimize operations, drive P&L performance, and scale a multi-service business while shaping company direction through accountable leadership.

    The Role

    Strategic & Operational Leadership:

      • Own full P&L and operational accountability, driving revenue and sustainable growth through disciplined planning, execution, KPI management, and continuous improvement.

      • Lead cultural transformation to build a proactive high-performance organization.

      • Expand diversified revenue through core account development, cross-sell/upsell strategies, and strategic partnership.

    Operational Excellence:

      • Champion executive-level client experiences with clear service standards, escalation protocols, and retention practices.

      • Enhance systems and processes across planning, scheduling, purchasing, change orders, job cost, and billing.

      • Implement data-driven operating cadences using dashboard KPI reviews, and variance analysis

    Team Development:

      • Attract, develop, and retain top talent while building leadership bench strength.

      • Establish clear roles, operating rhythms, and professional growth pathways

      • Provide visible, hands-on leadership exemplifying integrity, professionalism, and accountability

    Growth and Innovation:

    • Drive profitable growth and revenue through account planning, pipeline discipline, pricing strategy and marketing including digital marketing technology.

    • Foster innovation in service offerings, including sustainability and advanced operational practices.

    Qualifications.

    • 5+ years of operational leadership experience with proven P&L responsibility.

    • Proven success leading multi-site or multi-service operations in landscape, construction, facilities, or adjacent service industries.

    • Demonstrable success in driving profitable revenue growth and strategic business transformation.

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and teams.

    • Fluency in KPI management, job-cost control, forecasting, and operational reporting

    • Strong executive communication skills.

    • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
