    The Hotel General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring financial success, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding our mission, vision, and values. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive, self-starting individual with 24/7 availability to ensure excellence across all departments. Responsibilities: • Be present on property during shift changes to communicate priorities and support the team. • Oversee budgets, maximize revenue, and manage financial records to achieve financial goals. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. • Inspect guest rooms and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with brand and company standards. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint • Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
