About Us: Home Clean Heroes of Greater Charlotte is a professional, purpose-driven residential cleaning company. We provide exceptional service to our customers — and a portion of every service fee supports local First Responders. We are looking for a motivated and organized General Manager to lead our growing team and daily operations.

Job Description: The General Manager will oversee all daily business operations, manage a team of cleaning specialists, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure efficient scheduling, inventory, and performance. This leadership role is hands-on and ideal for someone passionate about team management, operational excellence, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and manage cleaning staff

Plan service routes and optimize scheduling daily

Manage customer work orders, invoicing, and payment processing via business software

Conduct in-home estimates and drive customer acquisition

Maintain product inventory and ensure supply levels

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service adjustments

Monitor financial performance, budget adherence, and KPIs

Represent the company at community events and marketing activities

Uphold company policies and create a positive, efficient work environment.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and people management experience

Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

Sales experience and a customer service mindset

Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and scheduling/CRM software

Budget management experience preferred

Route-based service business experience a plus

Details:

Job Type: Full-Time, Salaried

Location: On-site (Charlotte, NC)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional after-hours events)

Reports To: Business Owner
