    Established home repair and remodel company is looking for a General Manager to grow with us to the next level.

    Successful candidate is an experienced leader who can build and develop a top performing team, deliver excellent customer experience, open new market and services, cultivate a strong company culture for long term success.

    We are scaling fast. At this stage, this position will be wearing a few hats. This is a combination role that splits time between the office and the field.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Oversee and lead all teams to meet company KPIs for customer experience, revenue and profitability, safety and growth.

    Recruit and develop skilled, motivated and collaborative teams

    Cultivate strong dedicated team culture to achieve company vision

    Coach teams and develop new leaders for the company.

    Work with management to develop new residential and commercial services.

    Improve effectiveness on marketing, sales, and production.

    Manage day to day business operation activities to support all teams.

    Visit jobsites, meeting with customer, vendors and business partners

    Manage personnel, inventory, budget and costs to meet company KPIs.

    Build systems and effectively manage company vehicles, shop, and inventories.

    Continuously improve company operation processes and procedures.

    Build and implement practical training and safety programs.

    Manage company internal and external events.

    Build and manage non profit events and contributions for the local communities.

    Representing and promoting House Doctors STL in the local communities and professional networks.

    SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    10+ years of experience leading diverse, fast paced and result driven teams.

    5+ years in construction, home repair and improvement industry preferred.

    Proven results effectively manage business operations listed above to achieve company goals.

    Personable, effective communicator and excellent problem solver.

    Ability to learn and operate computer programs and systems

    Professional attitude, integrity, strong work ethic and highly dependable

    Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and safely handling tools if needed.

    Valid Driver's license, clean criminal background, professional references are required
