    🌟 Your Responsibilities

    Lead a senior management team of 3+ experienced leaders, fostering performance and accountability.

    Ensure a consistent, best-in-class guest experience across all venues.

    Maintain vibrant, community-centered atmospheres while upholding operational standards.

    Oversee venue upkeep, health department compliance, training, and general maintenance.

    Drive sales and profitability through growth strategies and operational efficiency.

    Maintain and improve training programs, mentoring managers and team leads.

    Uphold our commitment to product quality, sustainability, and service without compromise.

    🧠 Your Experience

    We’re looking for candidates who bring:

    2+ years in a General Manager role, preferably in a high-volume café or hospitality venue.

    Proven experience leading large teams and multi-outlet operations.

    A deep understanding of financial performance, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.

    Experience driving team development, service standards, and guest relationships.

    An understanding of scalable operations, with the ability to create efficiencies and growth.

    A hands-on attitude—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.
