Integrity Roofing and Construction is expanding into Portland, Oregon, and we're looking for a proven roofing leader to launch and grow our newest location. This is a unique opportunity to build a market, lead a team, and drive revenue with the support of an established company known for quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and strong values.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a General & Sales Manager to lead our Portland branch. This role is approximately 70% sales leadership and business development and 30% operational leadership. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, recruiting and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence across the branch.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, leading from the field, closing deals, and building teams—not someone who wants to manage from behind a desk.

What You'll Do as the General & Sales Manager

Generate sales opportunities and personally close residential roofing and exterior projects.

Recruit, train, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Drive branch revenue growth and hold the team accountable to sales goals.

Oversee daily branch operations, production, and customer experience.

Maintain strong field visibility and support project execution.

Manage branch profitability and performance.

Represent Integrity Roofing and Construction in the Portland market.

What You Bring as the General & Sales Manager

5+ years of roofing industry experience.

Proven success in roofing sales and revenue generation.

3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and business performance.

Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Experience with CRM and project management systems preferred.
