Integrity Roofing and Construction is expanding its presence across the Seattle market, building on the strong foundation established by our Poulsbo headquarters and growing demand throughout the region. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a hands-on, sales-driven General Manager to lead growth across a defined market area, supporting and expanding multiple existing locations while driving new opportunities.

The Opportunity We’re hiring a General Manager to lead and grow a defined market within our Seattle region. You will be expected to drive production, lead from the front in the field, and set the pace for your team’s performance.
In this role, you will develop the existing team, generate and close business, and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations. You will stay active in the field, including inspections, estimates, and closing deal focused on production and market growth.
This is not a behind-the-scenes role. We are looking for a leader who is comfortable in homes, on roofs, and on job sites, working alongside the team while owning market-level results.
You will be supported by our Poulsbo leadership team with proven systems, training, and operational guidance, giving you the platform to scale and grow your market.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage all aspects of the Seattle branch including sales, production, and operations
Set the standard for sales performance through direct involvement in appointments, estimates, and customer interactions
Hire, train, and coach a high-performing sales and operations team
Own branch-level P&L responsibility and aggressively drive revenue growth
Maintain strong field visibility and be actively involved in daily operations and job sites
Ensure alignment between sales, production, and customer experience
Act as the primary site leader and culture carrier for the Seattle market
What You Bring
5+ years of roofing experience required
Proven sales success in residential roofing or construction (required)
Strong closing ability and comfort running in-home sales appointments
3+ years of leadership experience with multi-functional oversight
A highly competitive, results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Hands-on, problem-solving approach with a bias toward action
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Familiarity with CRM tools, estimating software, and project management systems preferred
