Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager / Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in warehouse and logistics performance. The ideal candidate has proven expertise in supply chain management, distribution, and operations leadership, with a results-driven mindset and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

General Management

• Oversee daily operations across warehouse, logistics, procurement, and customer service functions.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, service quality, and profitability.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, drivers, and administrative teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Warehouse & Logistics

• Manage receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of products.
• Implement and maintain inventory systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate order fulfillment, shipments, and transportation logistics.
• Improve warehouse layout and processes for optimized space and workflow.
• Ensure proper handling, documentation, and labeling of all materials.

Customer & Vendor Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, service providers, and customers.
• Resolve escalated service issues related to orders, logistics, and inventory.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
