    Jump! Gymnastics is hiring a General Manager to lead our Anderson Lane location. This is a leadership and operations role focused on employee and business performance. You do not need to know how to perform or teach gymnastics. A dedicated trainer oversees coach training and technical instruction. However, experience in childcare or a youth sports environment is important.

    Leadership & Operations Responsibilities

    Lead daily operations across all programs

    Provide strong employee leadership and performance management

    Maintain staff accountability, scheduling, and productivity

    Ensure facility safety and HHS compliance

    Uphold brand standards and program quality

    Oversee sales systems and student records with administrative staff

    Support local marketing and community networking

    Monitor budgets, payroll, and location financial performance

    Maintain a safe, clean, organized facility

    Qualifications

    Must pass background check

    2+ years management experience required

    Experience in childcare or youth sports required

    Strong computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail)

    Excellent communication and organizational skills

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

    Goal and results driven with ability to meet deadlines

    Preferences

    Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Sales and marketing strengths preferred

    Experience managing teams of 10+ employees

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to see and hear clearly from 20 yards away

    Ability to provide sustained attention to students during gym activities

    Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb onto spotting equipment

    Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull at least 50 pounds

    Ability to respond quickly to emergencies, including evacuations or first aid

    Schedule & Benefits

    Managers typical schedule is Monday - Friday from 10am - 6pm and select Saturdays (~12 per year); however exact hours depend on the events that are occurring and so can vary.
