KidStrong General Manager
Position Type: Full-Time Reports To: Regional Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Compensation: $55k–$70k annually, plus bonus potential up to 20% additionally
Run the Business. Build the Team. Lead the Mission.
At KidStrong, our mission is simple: build strong, confident, high-character kids who run the playground, raise their hand high in the classroom, and make friends wherever they go. Our science-based curriculum develops the whole child — Brain, Physical, and Character — and our General Managers are the ones who build the culture, lead the team, and deliver the results that make it all possible.
As a General Manager, you own it all. You're the leader your team looks up to, the face your families trust, and the operator your center depends on. This isn't a job for someone who wants to manage — it's a role for someone who wants to lead, and who understands that developing people and building kids are two sides of the same mission.

Our GM DNA
Leader — You set the vision, own the culture, and lead by example every single shift. Your team looks to you to define what great looks like — and you show them daily.
Community Builder — You know the kids by name, the parents by face, and your coaches by what they're working toward. You build a center that families can't stop talking about because the relationships you invest in are real.
Strong Communicator — You give clear direction, deliver honest feedback, and connect equally well with a nervous new family, a developing coach, and your Regional Manager. Nothing important falls through the cracks on your watch.
Results Driven — You understand your KPIs, own your targets, and make decisions like someone with skin in the game. You set the goal, track the progress, and move the number.
Emotionally Balanced — You lead with steadiness. Under pressure, you're composed. In conflict, you're fair. Your consistency sets the tone for the entire center.
Passionate — The mission isn't a tagline to you — it's why you show up. You bring energy to the work and raise the bar for everyone around you.
