KidStrong General Manager
Location: Grandville, MI Reports To: Owner Compensation: Base salary of $50,000–$60,000 plus performance bonuses and sales incentives. On-target earnings (OTE): $60,000–$75,000 annually.

The General Manager leads the center, inspiring coaches, engaging families, and driving success through strong membership growth and retention. Every day is an opportunity to make a difference, celebrate progress, and create an incredible experience for kids and families.
What You’ll Do
Center Operations
Understand your KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
Build strong relationships with families and deliver outstanding service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe center.
Lead, delegate, and manage a team of coaches and staff.
Work four weekdays and one weekend shift.
Sales and Growth
Drive membership sales by setting goals and leading your team.
Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and emails.
Represent KidStrong at community events to build awareness.
Promote and sell camps, parties, and events.
Leadership
Recruit, hire, and train amazing coaches.
Create a culture of fun, energy, and professional growth.
Lead team meetings and ensure strong communication through Slack and email.
Coaching
Coach 3–5 classes per week to stay connected with the program.
Deliver engaging lessons focused on Brain, Body, and Character development.
Track attendance and progress in the KS Coaches App.
Complete Coach Certification through KidStrong HQ.
Who You’ll Work With
Supervise the Assistant General Manager, Lead Coach, and coaching team.
Partner with the Owner, Area Developer, and KidStrong HQ to ensure alignment and success.
Build lasting relationships with families and kids in the community.
What You Bring
Passion for working with children and families.
Prior management experience in fitness, education, or youth programs.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM systems.
CPR certified or willing to obtain.
Completion of KidStrong GM and Coach Certification (includes one-week training at HQ in Frisco, TX).
Presale Phase
This role starts remotely during the presale phase and transitions to full-time in-center once open.
Attend local events, pop-ups, and outreach efforts.
Connect with families via calls, texts, emails, and social media.
Manage lead flow and follow-ups in the CRM.
Represent the KidStrong brand with energy and professionalism.
