šÆ The Role: Center Director
As the Center Director, youāll be the driving force behind sales, operations, and team leadership at KidStrong. Youāll lead membership growth efforts, optimize center operations, and develop a high-performing team culture that aligns with our mission. Youāll wear many hatsābut always with purpose and impact.
This is not your typical 9-to-5. Itās a fast-paced, leadership role built for someone who thrives on accountability, loves to engage with families, and leads with both heart and hustle.
š§ Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth
ā Drive new membership growth through high-volume outbound sales efforts (100+ calls/week typical)
ā Own the full sales pipelineāmanage inbound leads, book and convert trials, follow up with prospects
ā Track and exceed KPIs across trials, conversions, revenue, and communication metrics
ā Develop marketing events at a local level to drive lead generation campaigns, community activations, and local partnerships
ā Deliver a mission-aligned sales experience that builds trust and communicates value to families
Center Leadership & Operations
ā Ensure the center runs smoothly, professionally, and on-brand every day
ā Oversee front desk systems: check-ins, guest / trial registration, transactions, delinquent account follow-up, customer care, and schedule changes
ā Collaborate with the Coaching Team to ensure aligned execution of classes and programs
ā Manage scheduling, budgets, center cleanliness, and compliance with KidStrong policies and operational standards
ā Respond promptly to corporate, owner, and member requests
Team Management & Culture
ā Hire, train, and develop team members
ā Lead by exampleāmodel professionalism, drive, and mission-driven performance
ā Maintain strong internal communication about trial families, member needs, team updates, etc.

š Qualifications
⢠2ā4+ years of leadership experience in sales, fitness, education, or service-based roles
⢠Proven experience with outbound phone sales and CRM systems (100+ calls/week preferred)
⢠Track record managing KPIs, revenue, scheduling, payroll, and team performance
⢠Strong tech proficiencyācomfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Office, web apps, etc.
⢠Bachelorās or associate degree in business, education, or related field preferred
⢠Availability to work at least 3ā4 weekday evenings and 1-2 weekend day(s)
⢠Bonus: Experience in childrenās fitness, enrichment programs, or center-based operations
