    šŸš€ What is KidStrong?

KidStrong is a science-based training program that helps kids win at life. We build strong, confident, high-character kids by developing the whole child—body, brain, and character—through high-energy, coach-led classes. Our program serves ages walking through 11 years old and accelerates milestones through expert coaching, cutting-edge curriculum, and strong parent partnership.

At KidStrong, we’re growing fast and making a lasting impact—and we’re looking for a driven, dynamic Center Director to lead our team, grow our membership, and deliver an exceptional family experience.

    šŸŽÆ The Role: Center Director

As the Center Director, you’ll be the driving force behind sales, operations, and team leadership at KidStrong. You’ll lead membership growth efforts, optimize center operations, and develop a high-performing team culture that aligns with our mission. You’ll wear many hats—but always with purpose and impact.

This is not your typical 9-to-5. It’s a fast-paced, leadership role built for someone who thrives on accountability, loves to engage with families, and leads with both heart and hustle.

    🧠 Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Membership Growth

āœ… Drive new membership growth through high-volume outbound sales efforts (100+ calls/week typical)

āœ… Own the full sales pipeline—manage inbound leads, book and convert trials, follow up with prospects

āœ… Track and exceed KPIs across trials, conversions, revenue, and communication metrics

āœ… Develop marketing events at a local level to drive lead generation campaigns, community activations, and local partnerships

āœ… Deliver a mission-aligned sales experience that builds trust and communicates value to families

    Center Leadership & Operations

āœ… Ensure the center runs smoothly, professionally, and on-brand every day

āœ… Oversee front desk systems: check-ins, guest / trial registration, transactions, delinquent account follow-up, customer care, and schedule changes

āœ… Collaborate with the Coaching Team to ensure aligned execution of classes and programs

āœ… Manage scheduling, budgets, center cleanliness, and compliance with KidStrong policies and operational standards

āœ… Respond promptly to corporate, owner, and member requests

    Team Management & Culture

āœ… Hire, train, and develop team members

āœ… Lead by example—model professionalism, drive, and mission-driven performance

āœ… Maintain strong internal communication about trial families, member needs, team updates, etc.

āœ… Foster a team culture rooted in ownership, accountability, fun, and continuous improvement
