Full Job Description
As a General Manager, you will oversee the entire shop, including sales, production, and human resources. You will also have the privilege of developing other Krispy Kremers. General Managers set the tone for an enjoyable and efficient environment! They also have a great understanding of our delicious doughnuts and production processes.
Duties include:
Creating and leading a positive guest and team experience
Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment
Hiring and training new team members along with weekly scheduling
Daily execution of Krispy Kreme products, including doughnuts, beverages, and fundraisers
Inventory control and food costs
Produce the highest quality products to exceed guest expectations
Sanitation and organization of the store, as well as ongoing cleaning and maintenance of equipment
Scheduling / coordinating fundraisers with guests
Daily sales reporting and banking deposits
What Should You Have?
No less than 5 years of progressive Quick Serve and/or Full-Service Restaurant experience
At least 3 years of experience managing a team of part-time and full-time employees.
You are at least 21 years old and have at least a high school diploma or GED.
You always demonstrate leadership, which includes great organizational and communication skills too. You have a joyful charisma, strong enthusiasm, and enjoy interacting with our guests. You have a basic knowledge of computer office technology, and you know about sales, management, production, and customer service.
You are adaptable and creative- understanding how to navigate lots of situations that may crop up in our shops. You are flexible to work on weekends- our sweet treats are served every day!
Shift Manager hours vary from 3am- 9pm
