    Job Title: Secretary/HR Manager (Bilingual - Spanish Required)

    Job Requirements:

    Fluent in English and Spanish

    5+ years of HR experience

    Bachelor's degree (required)

    Experience with ADP payroll systems

    Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

    Available for international travel

    Flexible schedule: Day, Night, and Weekend shifts as needed

    Hotel and/or restaurant management experience (10+ years preferred)

    Ability to commute or relocate to New York, NY 10011

    Job Responsibilities:

    Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance

    Oversee employee payroll, benefits, and legal requirements

    Foster a positive work environment and maintain HR systems and procedures

    Conduct employee training, evaluations, and development programs

    Support expansion efforts by onboarding staff at new locations

    Compensation & Benefits:

    $80,000–$120,000 base salary (DOE)

    $20,000 salary increase for each new location opened
