Join Layne’s Chicken Fingers, THE Texas-born chicken finger restaurant since 1994! We’re growing fast and looking for a General Manager to lead one of our locations—or support multiple as needed.

About the Role:

As a General Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure top-notch food quality and customer service. You’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced culture that takes food seriously—but not ourselves.

Responsibilities:

Manage restaurant operations, staffing, and scheduling

Hire, train, and develop team members

Monitor inventory, food quality, and cleanliness

Drive local marketing and community engagement

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards

Qualifications:

5+ years of fast food or drive-thru management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and POS systems

ServSafe certification a plus
