The role and expectations of a Restaurant General Manager are simple but impactful: Lead by example, develop leaders, coach in the moment, protect the culture, and drive results — all while making work fun.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations
Be fully trained and competent in all hourly and management positions
Develop, coach, and hold managers and team members accountable
Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing to meet business needs
Ensure excellent execution of food quality, speed, cleanliness, and service
Maintain strong operational awareness — knowing what is happening at all times
Drive store performance using scorecards, reporting, and profitability metrics
Create positive guest interactions by being present and engaged on the floor
Uphold and exceed cleanliness standards in the front and kitchen
Utilize company documentation, systems, and checklists to ensure Perfect Every Time execution
Ensure accurate completion of administrative duties, inventory, and reporting
Lead by example to build and sustain a positive, high-performing company culture

Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of restaurant management experience (GM or Assistant GM preferred)
Strong understanding of labor management and cost controls
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Driver's License
