General Manager – Spring, Texas Compensation $100K-120K base+ bonus

Lifetime Roofing, a trusted name in roofing across Louisiana, is expanding from Baton Rouge to The Spring area in Texas. Known for delivering reliable, honest, and high-quality roofing solutions for over 20 years, we’re excited to launch this new location to better serve our customers.
We are looking for a driven, operations-focused General Manager to lead our new branch. In this role, you will build and lead a team, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence – all while upholding Lifetime Roofing’s commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
What you’ll do as General Manager:
Launch and manage day-to-day operations for the Texas branch
Hire, onboard, and develop your local team to drive strong performance
Oversee residential roofing projects from lead generation to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction
Manage branch financials, P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to achieve revenue and profitability goals
Build strong relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and local partners to expand Lifetime’s reputation in the market
Maintain safety, compliance, and operational standards aligned with Lifetime Roofing’s processes and expectations
Report regularly on branch performance and strategic growth opportunities
What we’re looking for in a General Manager:
Proven leadership experience in roofing, construction, home services, or a similar field
Strong understanding of sales operations, project management, and financial performance within a branch or multi-team environment
Ability to recruit, train, and motivate teams to achieve goals
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and grow a new branch successfully
Comfort with technology for estimating, scheduling, and reporting
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
