    Chef Tim Love is seeking experienced and hospitality driven General Managers to lead the daily operations of our businesses (upscale, fine dining, or upscale casual). This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for exceptional service, refined cuisine, and team development, who can uphold the highest standards of quality and guest experience.

    --Minimum of 3+ years general management experience in a restaurant and/or hospitality environment

    --Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, develop, and retain high-performance teams

    --Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

    --Financial acument with experience managing budgets, labor, and food/beverage costs

    --Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high expectation environment while maintaining composure and professionalism

    Duties

    Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and staff management.

    Oversee inventory control, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste through effective food management practices.

    Manage Toast POS systems for smooth transaction processing and sales tracking.

    Train, develop, and motivate staff to uphold service quality standards and foster a positive team environment.

    Handle cash management duties accurately, including cash handling procedures and shift reconciliation.

    Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health standards, and sanitation protocols across the kitchen and dining areas.

    Coordinate with kitchen staff to oversee food production, quality control, and timely delivery of orders in casual dining or quick service settings.

    Requirements

    Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment

    Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.

    Experience with Toast POS systems and Restaurant 365 is highly desirable.

    Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, conduct interviews, and lead training & development initiatives.

    Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming guest experiences.

    Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food handling procedures within the food industry.

    Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
