About the Role:

Marco's Pizza, managed by Boeing Food Management, is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our Cincinnati, OH location. Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer service

Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of crew members and shift leaders

Manage food and labor costs, budgets, and P&L to drive profitability

Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance standards

Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships

Analyze sales data and implement strategies to grow revenue and improve performance

Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction

Adhere to all Marcos policies and procedures.

Manage labor, food cost and daily checklisst to meet Marcos performance and operational standards

Requirements:

2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service or pizza/fast casual

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team

Strong understanding of food cost management, scheduling, and labor controls

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

ServSafe certification or ability to obtain upon hire

Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
