Job Overview
As a General Manager for Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, you will oversee operations for both of our St. George locations — BLVD and Dinosaur Crossing. You'll be the key leader responsible for team performance, profitability, and day-to-day execution across both stores. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for a motivated professional who can balance operational excellence with a commitment to guest experience. Your leadership will create an upbeat, guest-focused culture while ensuring both stores meet performance targets and brand standards.
What You'll Do
Lead, train, and inspire store teams at both locations to achieve sales, labor, and profitability goals.
Oversee all daily operations including scheduling, ordering, and vendor relations across both stores.
Monitor and control labor and food cost percentages to maintain profitability targets set by ownership.
Ensure compliance with brand standards for cleanliness, product quality, and guest service at both locations.
Manage staffing plans, performance feedback, and team retention across both stores.
Partner with ownership to develop and execute store improvement plans.
Foster a positive, collaborative environment built on accountability and team success.
Basic Qualifications
1+ year of supervisory or management experience in restaurant, retail, or food service.
Proven track record in labor and cost control with P&L accountability.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, delegate, and coach team members effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience overseeing multiple locations or departments simultaneously.
Familiarity with Menchie's or other self-serve frozen dessert concepts.
Skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and operational reporting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to recruit and retain high-performing teams.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $48,000 – $52,000 annually, dependent on experience.
Performance Bonus: Up to $7,500 annually based on store performance metrics, paid quarterly. Bonus eligibility begins after 90 days of employment.
Retention Bonus: Annual loyalty bonus on each work anniversary — $1,000 (Year 1), $1,500 (Year 2), $2,000 (Year 3), $2,500 (Year 4). Paid on anniversary date while actively employed.
401(k): Eligible after 1 year of employment; rollovers accepted immediately.
PTO: 10 days annually, front-loaded at the start of each calendar year, with increases after years 2 and 4. Use-it-or-lose-it on a calendar year basis. PTO requests are subject to operational needs and may be restricted during peak seasons and holidays.
Work Schedule: 5 days per week (40 hours), including one weekend day, with two days off. As a salaried GM, you are expected to remain reachable on days off and may be required to respond or come in when staffing needs cannot otherwise be resolved.
Total potential annual value: approximately $61,500 with full performance and retention bonuses achieved.
