What You’ll Do as General Manager:

Launch and manage day-to-day operations for the Columbus branch

Hire, onboard, and develop your local team to drive strong performance

Oversee residential roofing projects from lead generation to completion, ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction

Manage branch financials, P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to hit revenue and profitability goals

Build strong relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and local partners to expand Moss Roofing’s reputation in the market

Maintain safety, compliance, and operational standards aligned with Moss Roofing’s processes

Report regularly on branch performance and strategic growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For in a General Manager:

Proven leadership experience in roofing, construction, home services, or a related field

Strong understanding of sales operations, project management, and financial performance in a branch or multi-team environment

Ability to recruit, train, and motivate teams to achieve goals

Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a new branch successfully

Comfortable using technology for estimating, scheduling, and reporting

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
