    What You’ll Do

    As the General Manager, you’ll lead every aspect of the restaurant operation while building a winning team and delivering an unforgettable guest experience.

    Leadership Responsibilities

    Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with energy, urgency, and accountability

    Hire, train, develop, and inspire a high-performing management and hourly team

    Create a fun, positive, and performance-driven culture from day one

    Coach in the moment and develop future leaders

    Lead by example during every shift

    Operations Responsibilities

    Ensure exceptional execution in food quality, speed, cleanliness, and hospitality

    Maintain strong awareness of restaurant operations at all times

    Manage labor, scheduling, staffing, and operational efficiency

    Drive profitability and performance using scorecards, reporting, and key business metrics

    Oversee inventory, administrative tasks, systems, and reporting accuracy

    Uphold Layne’s standards and ensure Perfect Every Time (PET) execution

    Guest Experience Responsibilities

    Create memorable guest interactions by being visible and engaged on the floor

    Set the tone for hospitality and team energy

    Ensure every guest leaves wanting to come back

    Preferred Qualifications

    2+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager or Assistant GM preferred)

    Strong understanding of labor management, food cost, and profitability

    Experience building and leading high-performing teams

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Valid driver’s license

    Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
