    We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our upscale Mediterranean restaurant and deliver an exceptional, hospitality-driven dining experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who thrives in a refined, guest-focused environment and has a deep appreciation for Mediterranean cuisine, culture, and service.

    The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution, strong financial performance, and a warm, elevated guest experience that reflects the essence of Mediterranean hospitality.

    Key Responsibilities

    Oversee daily operations to ensure a polished, memorable, and welcoming guest experience

    Lead, hire, train, and develop a high-performing front- and back-of-house team

    Maintain and elevate standards for food, beverage, and service consistent with fine Mediterranean dining

    Drive revenue growth while managing profitability and controlling costs

    Manage budgets, labor, scheduling, and financial reporting

    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards

    Uphold the restaurant’s ambiance, aesthetic, and brand identity

    Foster a culture of genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and teamwork

    Monitor guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and care

    Qualifications

    Minimum 2 years of fine dining restaurant management experience required

    Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build and inspire teams

    Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

    Deep understanding of elevated hospitality and service standards

    Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software

    Financial acumen including budgeting, labor management, and cost control

    Knowledge or appreciation of Mediterranean cuisine, wines, and service style preferred
