Responsibilities: • Manage appropriate inventory levels of food and dining products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends • Assure all products and services are consistent with company quality standards • Build restaurant staff through recruiting, interviewing, and training food service professionals • Make sure that all laws and standards for food service sanitation are followed • Develop a clear plan for the restaurant that takes into account the market, local competitors, sales revenue, and expenses Qualifications: • Prior food service experience managing inventory levels, budgets, and operating costs is required • Previous management or supervisory experience of 1-3 years is required, preferably in the quick service restaurant industry • Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 per year
