Responsibilities: • Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s standards. • Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. • Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards. • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls. • Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability. Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both staff and customer relations. • Solid experience in financial management, including budgeting and profit and loss analysis. • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments. • Strong leadership abilities with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. Compensation: $75,000 per year base + bonuses
