Responsibilities: • Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s standards. • Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability. • Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers. • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate ordering processes to prevent overstocking or shortages, while reducing waste. • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing profit and loss.
