Responsibilities: • Guide and mentor your team to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and adherence to Papa John’s standards. • Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability. • Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers. • Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls. Qualifications: • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. • Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both staff and customer relations. • Strong leadership abilities with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams. • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000
