    We are seeking a General Manager who is an independent thinker. This individual can cast a vision for the teams’ performance, works well under pressure and likes to handle many tasks at once. Our leadership team will allow you to drive the company and get paid well into six figures based on your net contributions.

    General Manager

    Compensation: $150k - $250k+ total compensation (base + bonus) As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from driving operational excellence to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximizing profitability. You'll be expected to recruit and coach team members, develop a business plan to achieve profitability goals, and monitor financials/operations of the office.

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities

    Activities to support the above:

    Lead in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process of A-Players.

    Coach Team Members and drive team building events through our Leadership Development Program.

    Schedule and conduct department/company meetings and weekly events with team.

    Coordinate and discuss financial/operational matters with finance personnel and team leads.

    Communicate and collaborate with PD Partnerships Operations.

    Develop a business plan to achieve profitability goals.

    Expense budget maintenance.

    Monitor bank lines of credit, cash flow, and A/R for overall bank relationship status.

    Review job reports, WIP (work in progress), and customer relations with team for backlog/contracts signed but jobs not started/flow of WIP/quality control/customer complaints.

    Discuss and review marketing plans and objectives with Business Development lead.

    Attending company marketing and business development events to build relationships.

    Participating in monthly GM meetings and PD Partnership events.

    Partner with lead sources and drive to agreed upon KPI’s.

    Quickly resolve escalated customer service concerns.

    Professionally represent the Paul Davis Brand at all times.

    Required Education and Experience

    Bachelor’s Degree or multiple years’ experience in Construction Management, Business Management or related field

    Five plus years’ experience in a management role

    Experience with reading and interpreting financial statements.

    Preferred Education and Experience

    Experience in restoration or construction field

    Experience in a Project Management and/or Estimator role

    Experience with Restoration Management Software (RMS)

    Sales experience

    General Contractor’s License

    Leadership Development Trainings

    IICRC certifications

    Travel

    This position will require up to 25% local travel to jobs sites, trainings, and company events (as needed).

    Physical Requirement

    Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 75% of the time

    Occasionally ascends and descends a ladder to service customer sites

    Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face

    Occasionally will lift up to 50lbs

    Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
