    General Manager of Sign Company The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, sales, project management, and customer service. This role requires a strong leader with experience in the sign industry or related manufacturing fields, capable of optimizing workflows, building high-performing teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all departments: production, installation, sales, and customer service. • Develop and execute business strategies to meet company goals and objectives. • Oversee job scheduling, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure on-time delivery. • Implement and monitor quality control standards to maintain excellence in all products and services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. • Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and report on key performance indicators. • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; foster a positive and productive work environment. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, licensing, and industry standards. • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role, preferably in the signage, construction, or custom manufacturing industries. • Strong understanding of sign production processes, materials, and installation methods. • Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility. Compensation: $75,000
