General Manager (High-Growth Opportunity) – Pink’s Windows | Northeast Atlanta

Pink’s Windows is hiring a performance-driven General Manager to lead and scale our Northeast Atlanta territory. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants more than a job—you’ll have the opportunity to own results, drive revenue, and build a team from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
You will take full ownership of the local operation, including:
Sales & Business Growth
Generate and close residential & commercial sales
Conduct estimates and property walkthroughs
Upsell services and maximize revenue per customer
Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and local businesses
Drive local marketing and networking efforts
Operations Management
Schedule jobs and manage daily field operations
Oversee job quality and ensure 5-star service delivery
Manage inventory, equipment, and company vehicle
Ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency
Team Leadership
Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members
Build a high-performance, accountable team culture
Manage schedules and team productivity
Customer Experience
Deliver on our promise to be “The Best Houseguest Ever”
Handle client communication (phone, text, email)
Ensure every customer interaction is professional and responsive
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales, leadership, or business operations
Strong closer with a results-driven mindset
Highly self-motivated and competitive
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Experience in home services, hospitality, or small business is a plus
Compensation & Growth
Base Salary: $50,000
Performance Pay: 5% of revenue (Own Sales)
Performance Pay: 2% of revenue (Direct Report Sales)
On-Target Earnings: $85,000 – $120,000+
Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Career Path: Regional Manager
Top performers will have the opportunity to grow into a Regional Manager role, where you will:
Oversee multiple territories
