Now Hiring: General Managers – Romantic Depot (NYC Expansion)
Romantic Depot, the Tri-State’s #1 health, wellness, and adult retail chain, just celebrated 25 years in business – and we’re expanding fast! With new flagship locations opening simultaneously in Times Square (NYC), Long Island, and Fairfield County, CT, we are seeking three experienced General Managers to join our leadership team.

Position Overview
As a General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including:
Staff recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Driving sales, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Leading by example in promoting Romantic Depot’s mission of sexual health, wellness, dignity, and respect.
Creating reports, using Google Suite, Excel/CSV files, and LightSpeed POS systems.
This is a full-time role (45 hours per week). Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
Qualifications
5+ years of verifiable retail management experience.
Demonstrated expertise in sexual health, wellness, or education.
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, as NYC is a diverse and multilingual market.
Must provide 3 professional references within the adult retail or wellness industry.
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 – $100,000 base salary + commissions.
Paid relocation travel expenses.
1 month free housing during training.
