RockBox Fitness Summerville is looking for an energetic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of the studio. We deliver results F.A.S.T.E.R. – Fun, Accountable, Service, Trust, Energy, and Results – and we need a leader who embodies these values.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a high-energy team to achieve performance goals.

Operations: Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness.

Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive membership sales, lead generation, and revenue through new sign-ups and merchandise.

Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional member satisfaction and handle concerns promptly.

Administrative: Manage studio systems (e.g., Mariana Tek), track performance metrics, and handle payroll and budgeting.

Requirements:

Previous management experience (fitness or customer service preferred).

Strong leadership and sales skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
